Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@ambermozaika.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: J. Pabrėžos gatvė 14, Kretinga, LT-97129.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

8. Return and Exchange of Items
8.1. The defects of sold items are remedied, items are exchanged, or returned in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania (LR Civilinio kodekso). A list of contracts that cannot be canceled is provided in Article 6.22810, Part 2 of the Civil Code. Refunds for returned items are always transferred only to the payer's bank account within 14 days.
8.2. To return an item(s) under clause 8.1 of the Rules, the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the items to the Buyer by notifying the Seller via the contact details provided in the contact section. The notification must include the name of the item to be returned, the order number, and the reason for the return.
8.3. When returning items, the following conditions must be met:
8.3.1. The returned item must be in its original, tidy packaging.
8.3.2. The item must not be damaged by the Buyer.
8.3.3. The item must be unused and retain its commercial appearance (undamaged labels, unremoved protective films, etc.) (this condition does not apply when returning a defective item).
8.3.4. The returned item must be in the same complete set as received by the Buyer.
8.3.5. A purchase document for the item must be provided when returning the item.
8.4. The Seller has the right to refuse to accept items returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with the return procedure specified in Article 8.3.
8.5. When returning an incorrect and/or defective item received, the Seller undertakes to accept such items and replace them with identical suitable items.
8.6. If the Seller does not have suitable replacement items, the amount paid by the Buyer, excluding the delivery fee, will be refunded.
